+ Sehr sauber gepflegtes Badezimmer, gefiltertes Trinkwasser aus dem Wasserhahn im Bad
+ Zentrale Lage im Zentrum (Nähe City Hall MRT Station), Zugang zum Hotel vom Einkaufszentrum, man braucht nicht zum Bahnhof in der Hitze zu laufen
+ Frisch gepresste Säfte beim Frühstück
+ Gutes Bett
🙁- Wasserhahn am Waschbecken zu weit am Rand installiert, so dass Wasser ständig aus dem Waschbecken spritzt bei der Nutzung
- Der Duschkopf ist defekt, Strahlmodus nicht änderbar
- Geringe Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten, es gibt einige indische Variationen, die aber anscheinend keine Favoriten sind. Wir kommen regelmäßig (alle 2 Jahre) nach Singapur und es gibt besseres in anderen 5-Sterne Hotels
- Verwirrende Steuerung der Lampen im Zimmer: Es gibt nur "All On/Off", "Work" oder "Relax"
- Sehr langsames WLAN

🙂Such a great location. Round the corner from MRT. 20 min walk to Marina Bay. Rooms were very comfortable. We had king bed, Marina Bay view.
🙁Not keen on the big step over to get into the shower.

🙂The location was excelent, even though we booked the basic room, we got stunning view of the city.
🙁the room and beds are much smaller than it appears to be on the photos. The double bed was super tiny and I had problems sharing it with my 4 year old. The staff was very professional but not helpfull. During breakfast the staff was very unwilling to seat is in the warmer part of the room claiming all the seats are occupied even thought they remained empty. First time in my life I experinced the dirty toilet bowl during check in. The only five star hotel we stayed in during our 4 weeks vacation in SE Asia with the worst breafast.

🙁The Bathroom . New arrivals should be explained to how to drain the water out the bath as we had no idea and luckily we found the lady who services the room who was so very nice and she showed us how ……Also been our age 80 and 79 it was not too easy getting into the bath which took a lot of concentration …
